Commercial painting property
On this 50,000 sq.ft commerical property, the paint was peeling, the water seals were failed, and the concrete walls had literal holes of missing concrete.
LIME was up to the task to restore this property. After our typical prep of power-washing and scraping loose product, we used Sherwin-Williams' Loxon Concrete and Masonry Primer to provide the best possible profile for our paint to adhere to. After establishing a maximum water seal with Guirys Liferime Elastomeric Caulk, we applied a high performance top coat that specs to adhere to concrete substrates for 10-12 years. Finally, we patched some of the concrete holes and will use our mason to fill the larger holes.
We hope to earn more opportunities in the future with Colorado's Department of Wildlife Buildings, and feel blessed to have had the privilege to work on this building.
